Servo Motor Synthesizer

This servo motor synthesizer was created as part of a collaboration project between the Composition and Computer Music departments at Peabody. My collaborator and I decided to use the IRCAM model and reverse it, as we both had experience in composition and computer music. I created this motor synthesizer, and my collaborator wrote the MIDI music it played. I later revised the code so the MIDI information going to the IAC driver of my laptop was through Max instead of Ableton so I could use different tuning systems, and improvise with a keyboard live.
